Opening hours

Founded in 1949 by Max Herz and Carl Tchilling-Hiryan, Tchibo has stood for freshness and quality on the coffee market for over 60 years. The original coffee distributor has developed into an international company that is active in many more business areas than the traditional distribution of coffee. Over the years, Tchibo has consistently expanded its range and distribution channels and ensures variety and quality with strong brands worldwide.

Surprising, irresistible and of the highest quality

That sometimes even amazes us. In view of the product range, many customers are certainly wondering what Tchibo does NOT actually offer. After all, we sell fashion and technology as well as coffee specialties, travel and mobile phone contracts. Simply surprising, of the highest quality and always new.

But how does it all fit together? Quite simply: by taking an interest in what our customers love and don’t (yet) have. Everything that is surprisingly enjoyable. Everything that is irresistibly beautiful. Everything that is pleasantly manageable. In doing so, we rely on market analyses as well as on the statements and wishes of our customers on site in the branches, depots and coffee bars.

Regularly new offers and theme worlds

There are new theme worlds and lucrative and advantageous offers at regular intervals. New themes are usually tailored to the seasons and current trends, allowing for a wide range of different products. What they all have in common, however, is the unbeatable price-performance ratio. Tchibo goods are characterized by a long service life, high safety and freedom from harmful substances, socially and environmentally compatible production, etc.

If you have any questions or comments, customer service is available around the clock and is happy to help customers. If you are unhappy with a product or decide to change your mind, you can return or exchange it within 30 days on presentation of your receipt.
