The Hamburg merchant Emil Karl Ferdinand Wolsdorff opened the first branch in May 1907. For over 100 years, first-class tobacco products have been available not only in Hamburg and Berlin, but in all major German cities, including Essen.
Wolsdorff is also often found in smaller towns with a smaller population. The extensive branch network with around 170 Wolsdorff Tobacco stores enables customers from all over Germany to obtain cigars and tobacco in their local area.
